thanks so much for all of these. theyre awesome!

Wow...that's great! But when do I get to have MY interview with Kim?? I have things I need to say too! lol

Hi Kim!
Thanks for all the interviews! Just wondering if there will be an interview with Ramiro Pena sometime in the future. I'd love to hear how he feels about being a rookie playing for the Yankees in their inaugural stadium season, and what it's like being around veterans like Jeter and Posada. The impression he made on Girardi and the coaching staff in Spring Training must have been huge, considering he didn't even play in Triple A at Scranton.
Definitely enjoying the blog, Kim!

The interview page is a great idea. I like the one on one interviews you held in the dug out with players from the other teams. Keep doing that Kim. Thanks
Don

HI Kim ,

As we know Melky is having a great year no interviews any time soon since he's hottest in the team lately, for what he's doing he is been kind of ignore a little, WAS UP? and Thanks.

I liked the Cervelli interview. He seems like a very bright, energized guy. Very likable He's been great for the Yankees. This was a great idea.

Are you going to post your Swisher interview from yesterday (June 6th)? I was at the game and missed it. I came home to a FB account FULL of comments about how great it was. I am a HUGE Swisher fan (as well as you, Kim ;-) and would be very disappointed if I couldn't see it.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop, Kim! You do a really great job

Hi Kim,

You are always an enjoyable watch! Keep up the good work. Also, thanks for posing with me on the field before the last regular season game at the old stadium. I had a 5x7 made up of it and is hanging on our hallway wall. Just a thought: David Cone and Joe Giradi should reenact the first pitch on Sat, July 18th in honor of the tenth anniversary of Cone's perfect game. What do you think? The best. Bob

Hey kim,
Is it possible to get an interview with Ramiro Pena? As someone else previously posted, I'd like to hear from him as well. How he feels being up in the majors. Stuff like that. Thanks! Keep up the geat work!

Hi Kimberly!
I was a lifelong fan of the Mets until May 20th when I saw the Yankees treat Polly Tompkins....cancer fighter...like royalty. She was treated with Yankee class from the players, coaches, and the press. Thousands were moved by her story and want to know how she is doing. I heard she was going to the game on July 2nd. Will you interview her again? Will we be able to see her? Thank you for following her story...she is an inspiration for all.
Debbie

Hello, Kimberly!
I enjoyed the John Wetteland interview; didn't even know that he was the Mariner's bullpen coach!
I remember the 1996 season well; John would usually "make it interesting", when he came into the game. Such was the case in Game 6 of the World Series. The Yankees had a 3-1 lead, and he allowed a 2 out single by Marquis Grissom, which made it 3-2. Then, Brave 2nd baseman Lempke hit a foul pop wide of 3rd, which Charlie Hayes caught, and the Yankees were World Champs for the 1st time since 1978! Eighteen years was a long drought!
Continue with your great reporting & interviews, and enjoy the fringe benefits of your job!

Hi Kimberly,

I wanted you to know that besides being so important to the Yankees' winning, Jorge Posada is a great human being,
helping the less fortunate. You may know that Jorge's son suffered from craniosynostosis, a defect in the shape of the skull. The Posadas, after a long search, found Dr. David Staffenberg of Montefiore Medical Center, a renowned reconstructive surgeon famous for separating the conjoined twins from the Philippines. After the successful surgery on their son, the Posadas formed the Posada Foundation to help other children with such defects receive treatment, regardless of their financial condition. If you are interested in finding out more, please contact me.

sincerely,
