Hi Kim, My name is Kim Jones, I live in Long Beach, Long Island, NY. I am a big Yankee-Giant fan and really admire you. You always bring a special feeling towards the game. I also listen to Mike F. on yes and 660 am. Your input is always entertaining and informative. Thanks for showing that woman are great fans and very intelligent. I am proud to share your name and am very able to share my opinions in sports with the friends and family that love sports (men) especially. Keep up the good work. I would love to meet you one day. Have a good season. God bless the women that love sports as I do. Kim

Dear Kim: I saw your interview of Kevin Longoria. It was the best you have done.Your questions could not have been better. Additionally, I have found that Evan is humble and will be a great player, because he needs to work diligently to maintain his skill. I wish you well. Thank you for an excellent job.

I think you add a great perspective with your reporting. I love the pre-game interviews, getting to know the players, and think you are a wonderful addition to the YES network. Keep up the good work.

Hey Kim!!! My name is Carolyn, and I’m 13. I wanted to tell you that you are my biggest role model and mentor in my life. I’m such a huge Yankee fan, and you have shown me it ok for girls to love sports. I plan to follow in your footsteps and become the Yankees clubhouse reporter someday. I just wanted to thank you for always being such a positive influence in my life. Love yaa!!!

Hi Ms Jones

Many people who object to the PC Richard whistle after strikeouts at Yankee stadium & on TV won’t buy from PC Richard until that awful annoying whistle goes. It’s gotta go.

That awful whistle will remain forever on replays of the 209 World Series. That stinks.

Thank you for reading this and allowing me to express my views on this.

Hi Kim–You’re fabulous, a wonderful role model for young women who love baseball and you do a great job….but you have got to stop constantly saying the word “guys” to the “guys” in the booth. Love your reporting and EVERYTHING about your on-air style, but this is driving me crazy!!! I wish you continued success…great seeing you throughout the game!

Kim: Could you please find out why Jorge and Mariano always touch 2nd place after a win. Also please tell Michael that Brett Gardner looks a lot like George Eads from the TV show CSI. Thanks Mary Newton from Scio, NY

Hi Kim,
Besides adding Beauty to the Yankees you also seem to have a great relations with the Yankee players, coaches and manager. Your beautiful smile and vast knowledge of the Yankees make your interviews and in game updates that much more fun to watch. Keep up the great work! and Never loose that loveable smile.

Hey kim i want to know if you have heard about the sox releasing mike lowell by the end of the month. I think the yankees should get a flyer on him, i think he would be a great #2 hitter in our line up.Nicked up nick on the 60 day dl is a big time loss! Mike lowell is a proven player and nick is subpar at best,he also can spell arod at 3b every so often.the ideal lineup would be jeter, lowell, text, arod, cano, grandy a week away, swish, cisco, gardner. factor posada in about a month that is a very dangerous lineup. Kim what do u think of that idea? Is it possible? thanx your the best ! vinny zingone

Today you got Memorial Day confused with Veterans Day. V day is for the living. M Day is for the dead.

Kim, since you went to PSU . Do you follow Penn State Football ??

Dear Kim,

My name is Andrea and I am a senior at Penn State. I was wondering if you got involved with THON (the Penn State Dance Marathon for pediatric caner) while you attended school there. I danced in 2010 and am now a THON Chair. I was also wondering if you are involved as an alumni or if you would like to be if you aren’t. Thank you. FTK! (for the kids!)

HI Kim , iheard you on the fan this morning with adam. i think you two make a great team. as i listened to you this morning i was blessed by your up beat attitude. you sound so friendly. its like listening to your friend talk about sports on thev radio. you sound so excited about whats going on in sports. i also enjoy watching you interview players on yes. you have a gift and you encourage and are a blessing to me. thanks for being out there on the air. i apreciate you kimberly . have a great day. from antny in valley stream , ny

Hi Kim,

I noticed that you have not been commentating at the last few Yankee games. We miss you and the great job that you usually do. Are you out on vacation? When will you be returning?

P.S. My daughter just graduated from Penn State with a degree in public relations/communications and hopefully in the future, she will be as successful as you. It is great to see a woman in sports, but more importantly a woman who does a great job. You are a pleasure to listen to and watch.

Hi Kim, can you ask Michael Kay if he remembers the Daily News caricatures in the sunday paper during 1973. I still have some of those pictures of Yogi , Mel Stott., Thurman , and also Ralph Houk. They put Yankees on one page and the Met counterpart on the other. I can scan and send some if he would like to see them…..Thanks, Tom

Hi Kim, nice interview with Colin Curtis the other day. If you get the chance, see if you can view some old footage of Bobby Murcer, and then see if you can see a bit of him in Colin. Not overly obvious but some occasional strong hints. Keep up the nice work.

I just love your comments Kim and my wish would be an autographed photo!! absolutely LOVE your input when for a very long time I thought women (and I am a woman) talking about how it feels to be at the plate and have a 96 mph fastball thrown at your head feels…was offensive. What woman has ever experienced that?? you’ve made me feel, maybe it’s not as bad as I thought. Thanks girly girl and if you ever consider it….sign some 8x10s to be ordered like all the guys in pinstripes! I would be first on the list :-)

Kim,
Wanted to tell you the television doesn’t do you justice. I wasthe guy who opened the small gate in Rightfield at Tropicana Field for you and your two followers tonight (Sat) at the Rays versus Yankees game.
Hope the fans did not interupt or provide any opposition to your timely between innnigs broadcasts. Just wanted you to know one Rays fan did enjoy meeting you, and hopes you stop by our corner sometime in the future.
The series is tied now, and tomorrow rubber match is going to be off the chain.

Hi Kim, Do you think that Posada is better off as DH at this point in his career? The teams just run all over him. I know Berkman is here now, but maybe he can be a pinch hitter. Joe

Hi Kim,
I am a huge Yankee fan from Ohio. I enjoy all the games on MLB extra innings. I must say you are the HOTTEST reporter in all of sports. You should do more during the game sometimes Michael Kay gets on a ramble and I would like to just tell him to shut up. Don’t get me wrong he is the best also but just sometimes its like he is drunk or something. That is where you should jump in and bring the beauty to the game we are watching. Well that is about all I have and GO YANKS

Kim,
I am taking a course on Gender Studies at St. John’s University . It would be helpful for the paper I am writing on Female Sports Reporters if you could describe your thoughts on the Ines Sainz controversy.

I am a huge Yankees fan and your Pre, Post and in-game reporting are excellent. You can email me if this is not a proper forum for this question.

Thanks for the great work you do.

HI KIM. I AM A HUGE YANKEE FAN SINCE I WAS A KID. BUT NEVER HAVE I SEEN A MORE BEAUTIFUL YANKEE ANALYST AS YOU ARE. YOU MAKE WATCHING THE GAME MORE ENJOYABLE AND I JUST LOVE YOUR INTERVIEWS. YOU ARE GORGEOUS AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Kim,
Wanted to send you this note hoping that next time the Yankee visit Tropicana Field, the Rightfield Security team knows who you are.
Had to tell them who you work for, and what you do before they even took a step back. Guess it is good I am an active MLBlogs.com guy, or I might have also wondered who was wandering the RF Bullpen party area.
Hopefully we will see you again in Tropicana Field for the ALCS…(hopefully).

Hi Kim! Ya think Lee saw how Jeter reacted to the negotiations, and then said, “If they treat him like that, I’m going elsewhere”?
