    Kim:

Who of the yankees players is the most fun to interview; who is the best “get” for an interview; and who was your favorite interview?

How is Phil Hughes fitting into the clubhouse? Are any of the pitchers taking him under their wing?

Good Evening Kim…well 9 in a row after a somewhat slow start and the pitching seems to be picking up their end to go with the offense doing theirs. Do you think that the early season woes along with injuries had the team playing stiff and since the Minnesota series the team is loose and that is the major factor in the win streak?

KIM DO YOU THINK THAT PHIL HUGHES WILL BE SHIFTED TO THE PEN WITH THAT 95MPH FASTBALL IT WOULD BE GREAT. ALSO DO YOU THINK THAT THEY WILL RELEASE VERAS AND BRING UP ROBERTSON AND MELANCON AND LET THEM PITCH BECAUSE THEY ARE THE FUTURE

Everyone raves about the fun and chemistry with the Yankees this year — do you notice anything different?

ah, they filter the questions and comments then answer them…explains the delay.

thanks for answering BOTH of my questions about posada Kim. can’t help but wonder if posada is starting to understand how girardi felt in the 90’s when he was coming up and starting to make a name for himself. if we are getting a glimpse of the yankees future behind the plate, it looks very promising! i love the confidence cervelli shows back there and happy to see he’s earning the trust and respect of his teammates. as a former catcher, posada remains my favorite yankee and i’m definitely not ready to see him hang up his cleats, but cervelli has sure been a lot of fun to watch in recent games.

    great job on the chat!

lacquaviva53—Yes I keep having that same problem. makes me sad.
    Anyway:
Hi Kim Love the blog!!! Here’s a question though : Who started the pie in the face thing after wins and what does the team think about it? Personally I love it, shows that they’re relaxed and having fun and it seems that they perform better on the field when theyre relaxed. Thanks for the blog its Awesome!! 🙂

    Hey kim!
My husband and I were at the game the other night when Polly was there. My husband just lost his job last week and we lost the house we were about to buy but we had some money set aside for vacation this year to come to NYC. We decided to make the 5 hour trip and just come early. We really needed a break! Anyway, we got some great seats and they were in the perfect place because when Alex and Nick came up to meet Polly’s friends we got a hand shake and “Hi guys!” from Alex and a high five and “You know it!” from Nick. Not only was it great to see the players doing something special for Polly, but they also made our whole trip just from the small greeting and acknowledgement they gave my husband and I. It lifted out spirits and made our entire trip! We went from so low to so high so fast! If you think of it tell Alex and Nick thanks for lifting our spirits! That’s what really makes them great players! What they do off the field as well as what they do on the field!
Love the blog by the way! I check it every day! : ))

Congrats on getting the day off and avoiding the DOUBLE PIE Kim! Poor Waldman got to taste some of that pie.
Great WIN by the Yankees, made possible by Arod’s HUGE HR.

that was a stupid question scott. Stop trying to be rude to Kim. She went out of her way to chat with the fans and so the least you could have done was ask a question without getting her **********.

Kim, I’m an avid celebrity gossip reader as well as a Yankee fan, but I was completely shocked when I was on perezhilton.com and saw a picture of the Yankees Bret Gardner on his website under his inspiration category for the organization Project sunshine and a picture of the yellow bracelet you showed on the pregame!!!

    Hi Kim,
I really admired what you do! I think you have the best job any women would ask for. If you ever do a contest for your biggest fan to bring to a game, please count me in.

    Kim,

Do you like when the Yankees win in walk-off fashion to get pie in the face?
Under Joe Torre..that would never happen at all.
